We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags (except Swimwear, Hats, Socks, Jewelry, Sunglasses, and Lingerie) within 7 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 7 days of the purchase date. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. If there is damage to the box, the return will not be completed.
